The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $37,500 - $52,000, based on an 20-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide personalized care and attention to residents, including assistance with daily activities.
  2. Serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
  3. Ensure a clean and comfortable living environment by managing laundry and maintaining a safe atmosphere.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns and provide updates.
  5. Maintain accurate records of resident care, including observations and vital signs.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and education to improve caregiving skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Hold current CNA certification and pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and understanding for residents' needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in resident care.
