Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Ruyi Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including supervisors and non-supervisory employees
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service and that their needs are met
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Monitor and control cash handling, credit card transactions, and other financial activities
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, including supervisors and non-supervisory employees
    • Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and termination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule, Including Nights and Weekends
