Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our team of restaurant professionals in the Southeast Region of the Dallas area.

About the Role

  • As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching personnel, as well as counseling and terminating employees as needed.
  • You will ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently followed, and that standards are met in health, safety, and security areas.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing financials and building profit, as well as working closely with the Management Team to maintain a fully staffed restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a District Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
