The hourly wage for this role is $11.00, with actual compensation varying based on location, experience, and skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks Include:
  • Engaging with customers in person to process all Ria products, including money transfers, money orders, and currency exchange;
  • Accurately entering or verifying customer information in our systems;
  • Providing courteous assistance to customers with inquiries regarding our services, cancellations, or other locations;
  • Identifying and addressing issues or complaints during customer interactions, proposing solutions or escalating to management as necessary;
  • Staying informed about Ria's products, services, and policies;
  • Balancing cash registers and preparing deposits;
  • Maintaining daily transaction records;
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or colleagues.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends;
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
  • Preferred experience in cash handling;
  • Strong customer service abilities;
  • A valid work permit.
