About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in Northern California. This is a 13-week contract position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of recent experience as a Physical Therapist, along with a graduate degree from an accredited school and active state licensure. They will be responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
  • Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
  • Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas that require attention.
  • Use appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide therapy interventions using established treatment protocols and techniques.
  • Establish individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring they are communicated to relevant parties.
  • Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
  • Supervise assigned assistants.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduate degree from an accredited school.
  • Active state licensure.
  • BLS certification.
