Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and resolving service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address client inquiries
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Citi products and services
  • Analyze and identify potential risks and develop solutions to meet client needs
  • Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
