Testing Proctor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proctor to join our team at Maricopa Community College District. As a Proctor, you will be responsible for administering and proctoring various tests, including Accuplacer, CLEP, and HESI A2, PN, and PSY Nursing tests. You will also be responsible for uploading and managing student test scores to our Student Information System (SIS).
Key Responsibilities- Proctor and administer tests, including Accuplacer, CLEP, and HESI A2, PN, and PSY Nursing tests
- Upload and manage student test scores to SIS
- Provide excellent customer service to students and staff
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- 5 or more years of experience in testing services, college work environment, and working with diverse students, staff, and faculty
- 5 or more years of experience in customer service
- 5 or more years of experience in student information systems
- 5 or more years of experience in Microsoft Suite and scheduling systems
