Your Role:
As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will contribute to creating exceptional vacations by delivering high-quality maintenance services, utilizing your technical skills and customer service acumen to ensure that every unit and facility is operating flawlessly.

Your Contributions:

Oversee and maintain essential facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Regularly inspect and repair the HVAC system for the entire property. Conduct plumbing repairs involving pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs, employing techniques such as soldering, brazing, and PVC fittings. Replace electrical components like breakers and ballasts; identify and resolve potential electrical hazards. Execute preventative maintenance across all units, common areas, and grounds as necessary, ensuring all systems, including HVAC and boilers, are properly maintained.
