Zscaler SASE Expert

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Zscaler SASE SME to implement and administer the Zscaler SASE infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and deploying cloud-based security solutions, with a strong focus on Zscaler internet Access, Zscaler private access, CASB, DLP, PRA, and browser isolation.

• Deploy, design, and support Zscaler cloud-based infrastructure across various data centers and disaster recovery environments.
• Provide technical support for issues escalated by Level 1 and L2 operations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local area networking and WAN.
• Understand traffic flows for both HTTPS and standard application-based traffic, and design solutions accordingly.
• Whitelist IP space for various project teams to access external vendors securely.
• Coordinate activities with other system areas and vendors, and deal with network security systems planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing.
• Support and manage business processes associated with user management life cycles, access certification, workflows, and role-based provisioning.
• Coordinate and engage with client stakeholders for incident response, investigation, and break-fix.

• At least 7 years of information technology experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Zscaler internet Access, Zscaler private access, CASB, DLP, PRA, and browser isolation.
• Security expert with extensive skills across both technical and business aspects of information security.
• Good knowledge of on-prem and public cloud implementation and operations.
• Good knowledge of incident management, change management, risk management, and problem management.
• Knowledge of security controls and best practices for perimeter security, LAN/WAN security technologies, and cloud security.

• Knowledge of infrastructure security products, such as firewalls, VPNs, cloud platforms, endpoint protection, and email protection.
• Knowledge of IDAM security products, such as Okta, Entra ID, Auth0, SSO, and MFA.
• Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps, APIs, and programmatic interfaces for security.
• Knowledge of data leakage protection systems, patching, encryption, and pen testing.
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) and Zscaler Certified Cloud Engineer (ZCCE) certifications.
• Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewall certifications.
• Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, and CEH.
