Zscaler SASE Expert

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Zscaler SASE SME to implement and administer the Zscaler SASE platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying, designing, and supporting Zscaler cloud-based infrastructure across various data centers and disaster recovery environments.

• Deploy and administer Zscaler SASE infrastructure
• Design and implement Zscaler cloud-based solutions
• Provide technical support for issues escalated by Level 1 and L2 operations
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local area networking and WAN
• Coordinate activities with other system areas and vendors
• Support and manage business processes associated with user management life cycle, access certification, workflows, and role-based provisioning

• At least 7 years of information technology experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Zscaler internet access, Zscaler private access, CASB, DLP, PRA, and browser isolation
• Security expert with extensive skills across both technical and business aspects of information security
• Good knowledge of on-prem and public cloud implementation and operations
• Good knowledge of incident management, change management, risk management, and problem management
• Knowledge of security controls and best practices for perimeter security, LAN/WAN security technologies, and cloud security

• Knowledge of infrastructure security products, such as firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of IDAM security products, such as Okta, Entra ID, and Auth0
• Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps, APIs, and programmatic interfaces for security
• Knowledge of data leakage protection systems, patching, encryption, and pen testing
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) and Zscaler Certified Cloud Engineer (ZCCE) certifications
