Job Summary

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter plays a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency and health of our retail store campus. This position is responsible for reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters, enabling them to focus on providing legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct general replenishment for all areas, including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
  • Support inventory management by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrities, and other tasks in partnership with the Inventory Control team.
  • Perform temporary and permanent price change execution, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
  • Conduct recovery tasks across departments, such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging.
  • Support visual merchandising for assigned areas, including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, and mannequin dressing.
  • Support planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.
  • Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Years of experience: Two years
