Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field to ensure a strong foundation in financial principles and data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in OneStream platform administration to demonstrate expertise and knowledge of the system.
  • Proficiency in OneStream configuration and modeling to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL tools to ensure efficient data transfer and processing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OneStream to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with process automation and system optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Relevant OneStream certifications is a plus to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.

  • OneStream FP A implementation to ensure expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • FP A functional experience to demonstrate knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • OneStream design experience to ensure expertise in designing and implementing OneStream solutions.
  • OneStream ad hoc capabilities to demonstrate ability to create custom reports and dashboards.
  • Understanding of Snowflake to ensure expertise in data warehousing and analytics.
  • OneStream (or other EPM) data conversions to demonstrate ability to migrate data between systems.
  • OneStream relational Data Hub to ensure expertise in data integration and reporting.
  • Building OneStream dashboards to demonstrate ability to create custom reports and dashboards.
  • Insurance domain experience to ensure expertise in financial reporting and analysis for the insurance industry.
  • SQL knowledge, Hyperion, Snowflake, PowerBI/tablou to ensure expertise in data analysis and reporting.
