About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Rumble Boxing Gym Madison as our new Studio Manager - Membership Rep. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, increasing membership rates, and implementing effective growth strategies. With your expertise in sales and management, you will drive our studio's success and contribute to our members' health transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership rates.
  • Manage and grow revenue streams through memberships, fees, retail sales, and package sales.
  • Train and motivate staff members to achieve sales targets.
  • Run sales reports, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and management, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency with computer software, including data management and CRM systems.
