Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our vibrant team. This position is perfect for a dedicated legal professional who is enthusiastic about managing intricate medical malpractice cases while benefiting from our firm's dedication to mentorship, professional development, and a healthy work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of medical malpractice cases from start to finish.
  • Perform legal research and draft necessary legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to construct compelling cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation sessions, and settlement discussions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and case management systems.
