Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques and tools to promote effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and update treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support client outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to speech and language goal-setting to ensure alignment with client needs.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in a school setting is an advantage, but not required.
