Dental Assistant

About the Role
The Dental Assistant position is a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and satisfaction at Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, ensuring accurate patient charting, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patients and dental professionals
- Ensure accurate patient charting and documentation
- Follow sanitation guidelines and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays and perform other duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Washington State driver's license. You will also need to be eligible for the Colville Tribes vehicle insurance and maintain it throughout employment. Basic Life Support, HIPAA, and Privacy Act training certification is required within 90 days of hire.
Working Conditions
The position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and may require lifting of 15-50 pounds. You will also need to be proficient with computers and willing to learn new software applications.
