Job Summary:

The role involves performing basic cleaning tasks across various areas, including common spaces, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other designated items/areas. We offer a variety of shifts, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of all designated areas.
- Maintain restrooms by restocking supplies, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and ensuring cleanliness of floors and toilets.
- Move and rearrange furniture as needed, vacuum, and replace trash liners.
- Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning of glass surfaces.
- Address incidental spills and assist with flood clean-up as required.
- Restock cleaning carts and supply closets at the end of each shift.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Must be available to work assigned hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage of $15.50, along with a comprehensive benefits package that features medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as a 401K Savings Plan.
