Clinical Pharmacy Director

As a Clinical Pharmacy Director at BrightSpring Health Services, you will oversee the delivery of pharmacy services and develop, recommend, and implement pharmacy policies and procedures. Your expertise will ensure compliance with hospital policies, state and federal laws, and regulations from regulatory bodies such as The Joint Commission, EPA, FDA, and DEA. You will lead and direct the work of others, develop staff through mentoring and coaching, and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This role requires a strong leadership presence, knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and practices, and a licensed pharmacist listed by the State Board of Pharmacy. Key qualifications include at least three years of experience in the discipline, a Master of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D, and a strong understanding of the latest research developments concerning new drugs and drug usage.
