Position Summary

The cleaning team is responsible for maintaining the overall hygiene of the premises, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Sanitizing cabins, offices, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
  • Performing tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces.
  • Efficiently managing time to adhere to a cleaning schedule.
  • Responding to immediate cleaning needs as they arise.

This role reports to a supervisor who coordinates the weekly work schedule.

Work Schedule

The typical work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Currently, we are seeking part-time staff. Meals are provided when guests are present on-site.

Weekend shifts may be required, and occasional holiday and evening work could be necessary.

Employees will receive two ten-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch during their shifts, with lunch provided at 11:30 AM when guests are on-site. Opportunities for advancement may be available for those who join our cleaning team.

Seasonal Operations

Our operational seasons vary, with increased activity during specific periods. Cleaning duties will be scheduled on weekends throughout the year.

Candidate Requirements

  • Reliable transportation is essential as our facility operates year-round.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate multiple flights of stairs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Teamwork skills and a strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits
