Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up commercial and multi-family construction projects. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and will primarily be based in the field, with a jobsite office or trailer provided for organizational tasks.

Candidates should ideally be local to the Houston metro area, TX. They will be responsible for managing daily operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional 50-60+ hour weeks. Work hours are Monday through Friday, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role involves 80% local work in the Houston area and 20% travel around Texas.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Extensive experience in ground-up commercial and multi-family construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in project management software.

Benefits
