Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. This role will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preconstruction Planning: Collaborate with project managers and trade partners to develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and effective resource allocation.
  • Construction Management: Oversee daily jobsite activities, including scheduling, coordination, and monitoring progress to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Safety and Quality Control: Implement and enforce robust safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and address any issues promptly to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Communication and Team Leadership: Foster open communication with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA, EPA, or LEED AP.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including health, dental, vision coverage, and project incentives tied to performance.
