As a sales associate in various departments such as Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, and Sporting Goods, you have the chance to enhance someone's shopping experience.
This position will keep you active and engaged. You will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor, collaborating with supervisors and team members, restocking merchandise, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, you may assist at the checkout when necessary.

Education Benefits: Better U is a Walmart-funded education program available to both full-time and part-time associates at Walmart and Sam's Club locations. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates, with all tuition, books, and fees covered by Walmart.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $26.00, with the actual rate reflecting or exceeding the minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk up to 5 miles daily while fulfilling online customer orders.
- Review customer orders and accurately locate and select merchandise on the sales floor.
- Ensure customer orders are filled with precision.
- Engage with customers positively by smiling, greeting, and thanking them.
- Dispense customer orders efficiently, regardless of weather conditions.
