Job Summary
AFC Urgent Care is a dynamic medical facility operating in a retail environment. We prioritize teamwork and patient care, seeking a skilled Medical Professional to provide high-quality medical services to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, directing staff in the support of patient care, and maintaining a positive patient relations environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients.
- Manage patient care while on shift, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with staff.
- Supervise clinical staff while on shift, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and charts.
- Process biological specimens as needed, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the success of our team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Mass NP or PA License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and families.
- Professional appearance and attitude, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice.
- Active and current DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate, as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work independently, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
