VRX, Inc. is an award-winning woman-owned civil engineering firm that has been in business since 2006. We offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team in Arizona. As a Construction Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting construction sites, verifying compliance with safety and traffic regulations, and performing material sampling and testing.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
  • Verify certifications and lab reports for construction materials.
  • Perform material sampling and required testing to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Direct contractors to rectify non-compliance issues regarding safety, maintenance of traffic, and site maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working on DOT agency projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of proper construction material sampling and testing techniques is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with no restrictions preventing travel to project sites.
