As a QA Associate - Production Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and identifying areas for improvement.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who has a strong background in quality assurance and is eager to learn and grow with our company. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies to the QA Manager or other relevant personnel.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and complete records of inspection results, including documentation of corrective actions taken.
  • Perform sampling and sample retention for each batch according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering, science).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
