About the Role

Better Living - Foster Care & Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in the reunification process, working closely with families and children to create a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and enrich the environment for children, promoting healthy development and progress.
  • Track family progress, set and achieve goals to ensure a safe and loving home.
  • Collaborate with DHHS to achieve reunification through a collaborative effort.

  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time, with a company laptop provided after 30 days of full-time employment for work-from-home documentation.
