Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our department. This includes:
- Coordinating meeting planning and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining calendars and schedules
- Transcribing clinical and administrative correspondence
- Assisting with special projects, such as CME activities and onboarding new faculty
- Managing accounts payable, supply ordering, and timekeeping/payroll
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with clinical department operations, reimbursement, and academic medical centers is a plus
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications is necessary
- Knowledge of Access databases and PowerPoint is a plus
What We Offer
In addition to competitive salary ($45,000 - $55,000 per year), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
