Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our department. This includes:

  • Coordinating meeting planning and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining calendars and schedules
  • Transcribing clinical and administrative correspondence
  • Assisting with special projects, such as CME activities and onboarding new faculty
  • Managing accounts payable, supply ordering, and timekeeping/payroll

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical department operations, reimbursement, and academic medical centers is a plus
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications is necessary
  • Knowledge of Access databases and PowerPoint is a plus

What We Offer

In addition to competitive salary ($45,000 - $55,000 per year), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
