Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fabrication Specialist to join our team at REV Group Inc. As an Electrical Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating wiring harnesses and installing components, circuit modules, relays, diodes, and harnesses in various assemblies and chassis units for electronic and electromechanical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various duties required to fabricate wiring harnesses and install components, circuit modules, relays, diodes, and harnesses in a variety of assemblies and chassis units for all types of electronic and electromechanical products.
  • Responsible for mechanical assembly and wiring of electrical control panels, AC/DC drives, motors, and other devices.
  • Design and fabricate electrical boxes for installation of components.
  • Drill, edge fill, fit, and assemble a variety of detail parts and assemblies, including cutting openings in bodies to accommodate wire and components, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Inspect for proper installations and integrity.
  • Ability to use general and precision tools such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers, etc.
  • Must read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Maintain necessary documentation and records.
  • Keep work areas clean and orderly.
  • Perform assembly operations on structural and mechanical sub-assemblies, equipment, and accessories.
  • Perform other work as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to read and understand English.
  • Must be able to read tape measure.
  • Attention to detail; Strong work ethic; Team Player.
  • Must be able to climb, twist, bend, and stoop.
  • Must have use of hands and be able to work overhead.
  • Must be able to stand, squat, and grasp.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
