Dynamic Sales Manager Opportunity

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a thriving plumbing supply company in Wilson, NC to find a seasoned Sales Manager who can drive sales growth and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize sales potential.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to optimize their performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the plumbing supply or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, especially marketing and finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
