Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for assisting guests with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
  • Assist guests with their shopping needs, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
