About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' speech, language, and swallowing needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient progress and maintain detailed records to support quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments and best practices by participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, and licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state where services will be provided.
  • Experience: Prior home health experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
