This role emphasizes building strong relationships with patients and their families, while ensuring efficient and effective nursing care that achieves positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing, be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing, and have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. We also offer opportunities for career growth and development through education and training programs.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, social workers, dietitians, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders

We offer a competitive salary range of $31.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for career growth and professional development.
