Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at Harvard University. As a key member of our dental team, you will provide chairside assistance and support to our dentists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
  • Prepare and maintain dental equipment and instruments
  • Assist with patient care and comfort
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with other dental team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant Certification
  • Current Radiology Certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in four-handed dentistry
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 100% on campus. The tenure limit is 3 months. The FLSA exemption status is Non-Exempt/OT Eligible.

Education and Training

A high school graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in four-handed dentistry is required. The ideal candidate will possess a current Massachusetts Dental Assistant Certification, current Radiology Certification, and current CPR Certification.
