About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Icreatives, a successful full-service advertising agency. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in enhancing our client relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring their advertising goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams to craft and execute comprehensive advertising strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of client projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring all aspects are on-brand, on time, and on budget.
  • New Business Development: Contribute to pitches for new business and actively participate in the expansion of client accounts.
  • Client Communications: Collaborate in the development and accuracy of job briefs, status reports, and other client communications.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of managing advertising campaigns and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to assess both creative and business needs.
  • Project Management: Exhibit effective project management abilities ensuring efficient coordination of resources and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Education: BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in account management within an advertising agency setting, with a strong preference for those experienced in sectors such as higher education.
  • Advertising Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of all advertising mediums including digital, print, and broadcast, with a proven ability to guide projects through these channels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering long-term client relationships and effectively negotiating solutions.
  • Travel: Be ready to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
