About the RoleKettering Health Dayton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry Unit as a dedicated member of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability, adhering to Kettering Health's standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring timely documentation and communication with colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a preference for BSN degree holders.
  • Proven experience in telemetry nursing or related field, with a strong understanding of electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
