\t* Conduct functional behavior assessments and educational assessments to accurately identify the function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target
\t* Develop strong collaborative relationships with school staff and provide training to implement effective applied behavior analysis techniques
\t* Provide ongoing support and training to related field staff to ensure treatment integrity and support professional growth
\t* Investigate concerns and provide coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate
\t* Develop behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the student
\t* Determine prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies utilizing non-aversive behavior change methods
\t* Collect, analyze, and report data and other documentation within established time frames to ensure program validity and efficacy
\t* Attend and present behavioral progress at IEP meetings

\t* Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
\t* Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or related field
\t* Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
\t* One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
\t* Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
\t* Participation and completion of Amergis' Competency program when applicable
\t* Current CPR if applicable
\t* TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable
\t* Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
\t* Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
\t* Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site
\t* Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
\t* Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
\t* Computer proficiency required
\t* Must be at least 18 years of age
