Spanning over 175 acres atop a scenic bluff, the property features more than 400 accommodations, extensive meeting spaces, and a variety of dining options including several restaurants and a beach club.

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: Morning - flexible availability required for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: The initial hourly wage is $21.50, with the possibility of increasing to $24.50 by qualifying as a Self-Inspector, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Room Attendant at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Executing assigned cleaning tasks for guest rooms, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Replacing and restocking linens, towels, and amenities as needed
  • Performing deep cleaning tasks as required
  • Managing and replenishing housekeeping supplies on a daily basis
  • Disposing of waste and recyclables appropriately
  • Responding to special guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Providing turn-down service for guests as necessary
