Responsibilities- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
- Help residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work as a team member.
