Home Healthcare Specialist Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a skilled and compassionate Home Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a Home Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care in the home setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of infants, children, and adolescents while working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

**Job Requirements:**
* Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
* Current CPR certification
* Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality patient care in a home environment
* Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in our system of record
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
* Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
