We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Rocklin Modern Dentistry. As a key member of our dental team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our experienced professionals, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist in gaining patient commitment to optimal treatment, promoting effective communication and education.
  • Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by prioritizing patient needs and concerns, ensuring a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare patients for treatment, assist the doctors, and maintain strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Perform x-rays, intra-oral pictures, and instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed by the dentist.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent to high school diploma or GED, with specified training courses and certifications as mandated by state.
  • Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
