Job Summary

The Caton Companies is a leading Heavy Civil Construction company seeking skilled workers for a traveling Boring and Excavation Crew in Virginia.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor tasks in heavy construction projects, including excavation and filling of trenches and ditches.
  • Maintain a clean job site, ensuring all tools and equipment are secured and potential hazards are eliminated.
  • Handle and store materials, load and unload trucks, and haul and hoist materials as needed.
  • Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
  • Participate in pipe rehabilitation and sliplining activities.
  • Provide assistance to Foremen and Supervisors as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • 2+ years of heavy construction experience preferred.
