Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive quality care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular rounds on the nursing units to ensure that all personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with established nursing standards.
  • Monitor documentation procedures of nursing staff and follow up on problem areas.
  • Participate in inspections and surveys made by authorized agencies.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited program in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 1-year Long Term Care RN supervision experience.
  • Strong leadership and excellent clinical skills required.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in NY state.
  • Current CPR and IV certifications.
