Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise employees in various departments to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national labor agreements, implementing divisional and corporate policies.
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and have frequent contact with others outside the work group.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate employees, keeping management updated on developments.
  • Maintain department records and ensure effective use of personnel, material, and equipment in support of SPQRC initiatives.

Work Environment

The environment is fast-paced and can be stressful, requiring everyone to work with a high sense of urgency. The plant operates two shifts, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend work. The dress code is polo and jeans.
