Our Expertise

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operational activities, particularly focusing on Test Driving projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing project data, creating management overviews, communicating with the team, improving processes, and ensuring efficiency in project operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of ongoing projects.
  • Handle operational tasks to ensure smooth project workflows.
  • Compile and organize project data to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Generate management overviews for project updates and status reports.
  • Address and direct inquiries related to vacation, sick leave, payroll, and other team-related matters.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Implement changes to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes.
  • Respond to inquiries and monitor customer systems to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Attend meetings to stay informed about project developments.
  • Create accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes when required.
Qualifications
  • High School degree as a minimum educational qualification / Associate degree would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Hybrid home/office availability to accommodate the dynamic nature of the role.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Desired

Experience with large teams involved in driving testing projects would be a plus.
