About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Methodist Health System in Waxahachie, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to improve and save lives.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic medical conditions. You will be responsible for communicating clearly and openly with patients, building relationships to promote a collaborative environment, and being accountable for your performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and research to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • A Family Nurse Practitioner program completion is required.
  • At least 1 year of related experience is necessary.
  • Nurse Practitioner Certification is a must.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
