Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, and health counseling.
  • Administer immunizations and injections (COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
  • Run own practice with organizational support, flexibility with scheduling, work-life balance, and access to exceptional tools and resources.
  • Elevate and support continuity of care for patients through collaboration with the clinical care team.
  • Participate in the development of patients' comprehensive plans of care and encourage active participation in their health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice role.
  • Minimum two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to speak and write proficiently in Spanish, depending on the market.
