Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations for patients of varying ages and backgrounds.
  • Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed, ensuring appropriate follow-up and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health.
  • Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active and unrestricted state Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Experience in psychiatric/mental health care preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
