Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to child development and family engagement.

Your Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field.
- Minimum 18 credits in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, or current National, or Texas based CDA (PreSchool), or willingness to obtain a CDA within 6 months of hire.
- Positive, motivating, and energetic personality with a passion for working with young children.
