Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher

We're seeking a skilled Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher to join our team at GEICO. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. When they experience vehicle issues, you'll be the one providing timely support with services like locating a locksmith or dispatching a tow truck.

- Provide outstanding customer service by fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and be willing to expand on these abilities
- Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Be willing to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
- Have solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Be open to feedback to support your performance and development
- Eager to explore new skills and different career paths
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
