Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Burn ICU unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines
- Active TX/COMPACT State Registered Nurse License
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Burn ICU
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- CCRN certification a plus
